  • CHEMCRETE PAVIX CCC100 is a unique water-based product for permanent protection of concrete structures and other porous substrates against temperature and moisture associated problems, such as damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles and chloride ion penetration. It keeps treated concrete reasonably dry, thus eliminates all water and moisture related deterioration.

    Unlike water-based silanes, which are toxic according to the 48 Hour Acute Toxicity Test, CHEMCRETE PAVIX CCC100 is both a user and environmentally safe product which combats water and moisture penetration under wet conditions but allows concrete to breathe under drying conditions.

    • Anti-Graffiti protection can be added using compatible Epicuro EKOSORB-PRC sacrificial anti-graffiti coating.
    • Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dust-free and touch dry before applying the product. Remove all atmospheric pollution-related dirt from all surfaces to be treated before starting the treatment. Jet wash if necessary, but allow the surface to dry completely before application and confirm that the surface has sufficient absorbency (trial area suggested).
    • Apply only when the surface temperatures is in the +5oC to +30oC range. Do not apply if rain is expected within 4 hours. For fresh concrete, only apply after 7 days of curing
    • Use direct from container, shaking well before use. Do not dilute or mix with other products. The treated surface should be impregnated to saturation point. Apply uniformly with a brush, roller or low-pressure spray equipment, keeping the surface saturated with the product for 15 mins. On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up.
    • Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
    • Drying time is 1-2 hours (subject to ambient temperature). Resistance to water after 6 hours. Full resistance to graffiti & liquids will develop over 5-7 days following application.
  • ALWAYS KEEP CHEMICALS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND ANIMALS

    • Eye protection: If there is a real risk of splashing wear protective goggles.
    • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or a specialist.
    • Respiratory protection: Under normal conditions of use where adequate ventilation is available, no special respiratory protection equipment is needed.
    • Hand protection: Wear gloves.
    • Skin protection: No special protective clothing or skin protection is required under normal conditions of use.
