Epicuro was by founded by Professor D. A. Chamberlain in 2006 with the mission of providing the construction industry with superior performing materials, which are also inherently safer for those who use them and the natural environment.
SECTORS
Our products are used in new-builds and the rehabilitation of highway bridges, marine structures, building exteriors, pedestrian and road pavements.
We also provide products for underground train and railway network assets, tramways, water tanks, dams and reservoirs, sports stadia, historic buildings, retail outlets, car parks, industrial flooring and swimming pools.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
The team at Epicuro believes that product manufacturers should continuously aim to improve the quality of their products, eliminating worker hazards and reducing the negative impact on the environment.
We are currently working with Aston University to research new products.
SUSTAINABILITY
Epicuro were pioneers in the introduction of Silane alternatives in concrete treatment after engaging in substantial research and testing programs with leading UK universities.
So, whilst we are able to supply Silane, which has a significant carbon footprint, we actively encourage customers to use our safer, VOC free alternatives.
