The Southbank Centre is a complex of artistic venues in London, England on the South Bank of the River Thames, comprising of three main performance venues.
Every week the centre plays host to a food market and when the stalls have been dismantled, left behind on the granite is a residue of stains from oil, wine, grease and more.
